Please submit the following to request a delivery time for any Target or Target Country DC. When completing the form, please note:

Separate forms need to be completed for each delivery vehicle.
On receiving this request, the relevant DC Booking Office will make further contact to confirm or update booking details. Your booking is not finalised until you have received confirmation from the Booking Office.
The DC must be notified at least 48 hours prior to delivery if a change in quantity, order cancellation or inability to meet the delivery occurs.
